I like how Sifu Adam explains in such great detail and it has helped me to really improve my structure to generate more power. Nobody I have seen has gone deep into structure as Sifu Adam does. I think it's genius that he has an introduction, application, solo drills which are excellent and then wrap up with homework. It motivates me to set goals each week.
